Property Matters offers both Home Monitoring and Full Service Property Management Services in The Hamptons. 

Home Monitoring provides clients peace of mind our team is routinely monitoring their home, conducting our certified 12 point checks. Clients can rest assured when away, whether it be for days or months at a time, someone is always available to identify & address any property issue, big or small. 

Full Service Property Management* provides clients full-service monitoring and management of their home. In addition to on-going home visits, conducting our certified 12 point checks, additional services of managing on-going needs of property ownership are provided. These services include: servicing appliances, fixtures, and mechanics within the home, maintaining a comprehensive property manual of past/future service dates, and being a working partner invested in the care and upkeep of our client’s property.  

*Full Service Property Management is offered with a seasonal or annual commitment.
